Gallery Openings

Each year SVGA hosts multiple gallery walks (exhibition openings for all SVGA galleries), which are eagerly anticipated and free to the public. Locals and visitors alike take in thought-provoking exhibitions of newly installed art, enjoy wine, mingle with friends, and often meet the artists.

ABOUT THE SUN VALLEY GALLERY ASSOCIATION

For more than 30 years the Sun Valley Gallery Association has served as an active leader in Sun Valley's visual arts community. SVGA is a nonprofit organization providing visual arts in the Sun Valley area. Member galleries host seven gallery walks throughout the year enticing thousands of visitors and locals with a variety of artwork from old masters to contemporary groundbreakers. 

Members of the SVGA have been juried in to the Association for quality and presentation of works and agree to abide by guidelines including regular hours, fresh exhibitions, and good business ethics. SVGA sets and communicates gallery walk dates and works together cooperatively to promote the visual arts within the Sun Valley area.
